We found out all about the rail connections and set up together with the authorities 8 shuttle trains per week with a capacity of 70.000 containers per year between Rotterdam and Central- /Eastern-Europe;

We provided the Management of the Port of Rotterdam with macroeconomic challenges, new business and management concept in Hungary ;
We advised the Port of Rotterdam about the position as a hub for handling of containers from and to Central- and Eastern-Europe;
We investigated and issued in 2003 a report about the position as a hub for the Russian Energy industry. As a result of this the following in developed during 2003 and 2004 in the Port of Rotterdam :
• Turnover in Russian oil and gas business increased with more than 400 percent;
• A rental agreement for storage of 200.000 tons in tanks was signed between a Russian trading and Dutch storage company;
• Three Russian companies established their own companies in Rotterdam ;
• A Russian company operates a bunker terminal at the Port of Rotterdam together with a Dutch partner. They will operate the terminal for 49 years in exchange for investments, which are estimated at no less than Euro 10 million;
• New container line Volga Baltic Company started together with a Dutch partner 2 times per week between Rotterdam and Kalingrad/St.Petersburg;
• Development of mutual activities between Port of Primorsk and a partner in Rotterdam ;
• Within 2,5 year increase of turnover in handling of crude- and fuel oil in the Port of Rotterdam from 11 million tons to 43 million tons.

Fast Homes South Africa
We are representing Fast Homes. One of the developers of prefab houses. We would like you to become acquainted with our construction product line Resolutions, Fast Homes and Corru*lite. Products for which simplicity and superior quality are the basic principles.
The construction panels are manufactured using layers of corrugated cardboard, aluminium and steel glued with synthetic resin product, which provide high mechanical rigidity and insulating capacity. The panels can however be finished in a variety of ways, for example with plywood, plasterboard, MDF, HPL, Glass Fibre, Carbon Fibre and Aramid Fibre. This enables stringent requirements to be set with respect to acoustic insulation, flammability, stability and environmental aspects.
